About the event

Taking advantage of the Brazilian presidency of the BRICS, this event will foster a debate on strategies, policies and regulations adopted by the BRICS countries to assert Artificial Intelligence Sovereignty. This event will be jointly organised by the Center for Technology and Society at FGV Rio Law and the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Itamaraty, and will feature a group of leading international experts to discuss national and joint BRICS approaches to AI sovereignty.
