This half-day, in-person certificate program is designed for professionals working at the forefront of digital governance, artificial intelligence, and data protection. Led by faculty from Duke University’s Cyber Policy Program and the Center for Technology and Society at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Law School, Rio de Janeiro, the session will examine emerging models of digital sovereignty, practical approaches to building institutional capacity for responsible AI adoption, and the evolving landscape of data governance and cybersecurity in Brazil, Latin America, and the European Union. Participants who complete the program will receive a formal certificate of completion.
