On behalf of Professors Jeffrey Sachs and Luiz Carlos Bresser Pereira, the panel will  debate Latin America's dependence on commodities, the insufficient investment in technology, innovation and knowledge economy, and how Latin America  economies can recover better post Covid-19.

This International Webinar is being hosted in a collaboration among the Getulio Vargas Foundation’s Center for Studies on New Developmentalism at Sao Paulo School of Business Administration, Columbia University’s Center for Sustainable Development, and the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).

This webinar will be held in english, without simultaneous translation.
